Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic, academically accomplished, and committed professionals for the position of Assistant Professor / Associate Professor in the School of Commerce. The ideal candidate should possess strong teaching expertise, research orientation, and academic leadership capabilities with experience in reputed NAAC accredited higher education institutions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Ph.D. in Commerce / Management / Finance / Accounting / relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in Higher Education Institutions.
- Prior experience in NAAC accredited colleges/institutions is mandatory.
- Strong academic record with UGC/AICTE/University norms compliance.
- Research publications in reputed journals and participation in conferences/seminars preferred.
- Experience in curriculum development, mentoring, and academic administration will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Commerce programs.
- Teach subjects such as Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Banking, Auditing, Economics, Business Law, and related areas.
- Prepare lesson plans, academic content, assessments, and evaluation processes.
- Mentor students for academic growth, projects, internships, and placements.
- Contribute to curriculum design as per university guidelines.
- Participate actively in NAAC, NBA, NIRF, IQAC, and other accreditation processes.
- Undertake research activities, publish papers, and apply for funded projects.
- Organize seminars, workshops, FDPs, industrial visits, and academic events.
- Support admissions, student engagement, discipline, and institutional development initiatives.
- Take up academic leadership roles based on experience and performance.
