About the Role:
The Master Trainer will be responsible for leading AI training programs, mentoring junior trainers, and ensuring the highest standards of instructional delivery. This role involves both teaching and the strategic development of our curriculum and training methodologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI technologies and a proven track record in instructional design, facilitation, and trainer development.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Delivery:
- Deliver expert-level AI training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse audiences (beginners to advanced).
- Conduct live, virtual, and hybrid training sessions/Webinars
- Utilize interactive teaching methodologies and tools to enhance learning experiences.
Curriculum Development:
- Lead the design and development of AI course materials, including curriculum guides, assessments, and exercises.
- Collaborate with AI experts and instructional designers to ensure up-to-date and comprehensive training content.
Trainer Development:
- Mentor and coach junior trainers, providing feedback and guidance to improve their teaching techniques.
- Develop and implement train-the-trainer programs to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
Quality Assurance:
- Regularly evaluate and update training materials and methods based on feedback and emerging AI trends.
- Ensure all training programs meet the company s quality standards and learning outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with clients to tailor training programs to meet their specific AI learning needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Marketing) to align training programs with business goals.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in delivering technical training programs, with a focus on AI, machine learning, and/or data science.
- Proven experience in curriculum design and instructional methodologies.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in AI tools, frameworks, and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, NLP, computer vision, and other AI technologies.
Training & Facilitation Skills:
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire learners from different backgrounds and skill levels.
- Experience with both in-person and virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in AI-related technologies
- Experience in managing a team of trainers.
- Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training content to evolving AI technologies.
