Position: Assistant Professor – Career Development Cell (CDC)

Location: Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat.

Role:

Conduct training sessions on English communication, grammar skills, soft skills, and personality development. Guide students in career planning, resume building, interview preparation, and professional etiquette. Mentor students, deliver employability skill modules, and support career development programs and workshops in collaboration with the placement team.

Eligibility:

• MA in English (Mandatory)
• BA in English
• PhD in English – Preferred
• Strong English communication and grammar skills
• Teaching/training experience preferred
• Good presentation, mentoring, and student engagement abilities
• Comfortable with digital tools and online learning platforms
