Job Description



    • Compliance Execution: Implement processes to maintain adherence to applicable labor laws; manage documentation, renewals, returns, and timely filings.
    • Stakeholder Coordination: Support liaison with authorities, contractors, and local bodies; assist in resolving notices and grievances.
    • Welfare Implementation: Set up and maintain welfare & CSR facilities and ensure statutory benefits are delivered effectively.
    • Data & Records Management: Maintain attendance, leave records, MIS reports, and filing systems accurately and on time.
    • Infrastructure Support: Execute arrangements for utilities, accommodation, conveyance and events; coordinate with vendors and ensure readiness.
    • Digital Tools Usage: Accurately use platforms for attendance, reporting, and documentation; support digitization initiatives.
    • Time Office: Implementing time office functions with 100% accuracy and compliance including digital record maintenance, timely wage disbursement and grievance handling.
    • Vendor Management: Maintaining vendor relations including timely receiving of bills and records, timely payment disbursement, compliance verification and coordination for timely execution and handover of Work orders, LOIs, offer letters etc.
    • Training & Welfare Programs: Organize and participate in training sessions and community welfare programs.
