Responsibilities:

- Advise and mentor students on academic progress, career paths, and professional development.
- Collaborate with healthcare organizations to enhance educational programs and create industry-relevant curriculum.
- Participate in departmental committees, faculty governance, and administrative tasks.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with emerging trends and best practices in healthcare.
- Develop and write grant proposals for research projects.
Qualifications:
- Masters or doctorate degree in Hospital Administration, Health Services Management, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience teaching at the undergraduate or graduate level.
- A strong track record of publications in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
Professional Experience: Experience in hospital administration or healthcare management is a significant asset.
