Key Responsibilities:
Product Requirement Management
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from Offline Sales, B2B, and Retail Operations teams.
- Convert business needs into Product Requirement Documents (PRD), user stories, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with internal R&D and engineering teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Reduce manual processes through efficient automation
- Improve operational efficiency of offline retail channels
Platform Development & Enhancements
- Support development of internal platforms, including:
- Android applications used by retailers and field sales teams
- CRM systems for distributors and partners
- ERP management systems for exclusive retail stores
- Track feature development lifecycle from requirement development testing release.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a bridge between business teams and engineering teams.
- Coordinate with Sales, Retail Operations, Finance, and Distribution teams to prioritize features/issue resolution.
- Facilitate sprint planning, requirement clarifications, and product demos.
- Testing & Deployment
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new features.
- Ensure solutions meet business expectations before release.
- Coordinate deployments and ensure smooth rollout to field teams.
Product Improvement
- Identify platform gaps and opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyse user feedback from sales teams, retailers, and partners.
- Drive continuous improvements and automation initiatives.
Documentation & Communication
- Maintain product documentation, feature specs, and release notes.
- Provide regular updates on product roadmap and development progress.
Experience
- 25 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or IT Product roles.
- Experience working with internal enterprise platforms, CRM, or sales systems preferred.
Technical Understanding
- Technical Familiarity: Comfortable discussing API integrations, Android app environments, and database logic with engineers.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) to track product performance is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate between business-speak and tech-speak.
- Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where requirements can shift based on market dynamics.
