You will be part of the high-performing Procurement team responsible for supporting end-to-end Procurement and Vendor Management processes. The key deliverables include:
Procurement Support & Execution
- Support the development and execution of procurement strategies for categories such as office supplies, facilities management, HR services, travel, transport, employee insurance, corporate functions, and IT (hardware, software, licenses).
- Manage sourcing activities by identifying, evaluating, and engaging potential suppliers while ensuring adherence to procurement policies and processes.
- Conduct market research to understand supply trends, vendor capabilities, and pricing across procurement categories.
- Prepare vendor evaluation reports, commercial comparisons, and procurement recommendations.
- Support cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure timely processing and execution of procurement requests in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Vendor Management
- Develop and maintain effective vendor relationships while ensuring service quality and contractual compliance.
- Track and monitor vendor performance metrics and proactively address performance-related concerns.
- Support vendor onboarding, due diligence, and compliance processes.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services and resolution of operational issues.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, IT, HR, Administration, and Business teams to support procurement requirements.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and ensure alignment between procurement objectives and business needs.
- Provide regular updates and visibility on procurement activities, sourcing initiatives, and vendor performance.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders highlighting procurement performance, costs, and improvement opportunities.
Process Excellence & Reporting
- Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records, and sourcing trackers.
- Support procurement governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices within the procurement function.
- Generate procurement analytics and reports to support decision-making.
8–10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Vendor Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Strong experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis).
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with procurement tools and systems.
- Understanding of vendor management, sourcing, and contract management processes.
- Experience handling indirect procurement categories including IT, facilities, travel, HR services, insurance, and corporate services.
- Experience with import/export documentation.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in the banking or finance domain is an advantage.
