What This Job Involves

Project Planning & Scheduling:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with project timelines and resource allocation.
  • Proactively monitor and update project schedules, identifying potential delays and recommending effective solutions.

Document Control & Management:

  • Organize and meticulously maintain all project documentation, guaranteeing accuracy and timely access for all stakeholders.
  • Implement and oversee robust document control procedures, ensuring full compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits of project documents to verify compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive project reports and critical communications to relevant teams and management.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progression.

You Need to Have:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience:

  • 6-12 years of proven experience in project planning and document control, ideally within the real estate or construction sectors.
  • Skilled in creating detailed schedules, tracking project progress, and managing large-scale project documentation.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
  • Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex).

Key Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
  • Experience in commercial real estate.
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
  • Advanced skills in scheduling software.
  • Experience with electronic document management systems.
