Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Pastry Chef, based in New Delhi. The Assistant Pastry Chef will work closely with our culinary team to prepare high-quality baked goods and desserts. Daily responsibilities include assisting in food preparation, ensuring culinary standards are met, and supporting the creation of innovative and nutritious desserts in line with ParaFit's values. Collaboration, precision, and creativity are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques
• Experience in Food Preparation and Cooking, with attention to detail
• Excellent Culinary Skills, including a creative approach to recipe development
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience working in a professional kitchen or bakery is a plus
• A diploma or certification in Culinary Arts, Baking, or a related field is preferred
