Assistant, P&C Operations and Services
Key responsibilities
Manage attendance records and support payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Support the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and related documentation.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and training programs.
Provide support in HR administration and day-to-day HR operations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR data in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SAP EC) and HRMS platforms.
Execute special projects, HR drives, and initiatives assigned by management.
Contract Duration: 1 Year (Fixed-Term Contract Role)
This position is offered as a 1-year contract role, with the possibility of extension based on business requirements and individual performance.

Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including:
- Offer generation
- Appointment documentation
- Joining formalities and onboarding
- Employee separation and exit formalities
Manage attendance records and support payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Support the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and related documentation.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and training programs.
Provide support in HR administration and day-to-day HR operations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR data in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SAP EC) and HRMS platforms.
Execute special projects, HR drives, and initiatives assigned by management.
- Minimum 3 to 7+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and compliance.Experience working with SAP EC, HRMS, and payroll processes.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Demonstrates a strong go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn and deliver results within timelines.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
