Assistant Manager Finance

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance to support financial reporting, accounting, compliance, budgeting, cash flow, and working capital management. The role will involve coordinating with internal teams, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare MIS and financial reports and support management reporting.
• Handle accounting, reconciliations, receivables, payables, and working capital.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other tax compliance activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and banks for financial requirements.
• Support FEMA and corporate compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.

Key Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Finance/Accounts.
• CA Inter qualification.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, MIS, reconciliations, GST, TDS, and taxation.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital management.
• Good exposure to audit, banking, FEMA, and corporate compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
