Job Description

We're Hiring: Assistant Manager – Operations (E-Commerce Process)

  • Location: Mohali

Preferred Candidates:

  • Minimum 1 year 6 months experience as Assistant Manager – Operations.
  • Strong experience in Non-Voice / Backend / Chat / Email support processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and meet client SLAs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
  • Experience in E-Commerce operations will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure client SLAs and operational metrics are consistently achieved.
  • Handle escalations, process improvements, and team development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
