Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Assistant Operations Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with teams, and ensuring efficient workflow processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Manager to manage end-to-end operations while ensuring service excellence, profitability, and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end operations and ensure smooth execution of services within defined TATs and SLAs.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues and ensure timely and professional resolution.
  • Coordinate with vendors for service delivery, performance management, and issue resolution.
  • Handle vendor payments, billing verification, and reconciliation in coordination with finance.
  • Own pricing, profitability tracking, and margin improvement for assigned operations.
  • Ensure consistent collection of customer feedback and drive improvement in NPS.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the operations and customer service teams to meet performance targets.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all operational and customer interactions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, processes, and service standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide inputs to improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 4-5 years of experience in Operations or Customer Support roles, preferably in the Packing & Moving industry.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor management, pricing, and operational workflows and Team management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi
