Position Details
- Languages Required: Fluent in Hindi and English
- Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days
- Location: Bangalore (Work from Office - Marathahalli)
What You'll Be Doing
- Operations Maestro: Oversee the daily dance of order processing and logistics, ensuring a flawless performance in timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Efficiency Expert: Spot opportunities for process optimization that boost efficiency, cut costs, and elevate our service quality.
- Team Captain: Lead and inspire the operations team through training, performance management, and fostering a collaborative spirit.
- Vendor Virtuoso: Build strong partnerships with 3PLs, sellers, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery and quick resolution of operational challenges.
- Performance Analyst: Keep a close eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) to fuel continuous improvement and drive our success.
- Problem Solver: Tackle operational hiccupsdiscrepancies, delays, customer complaints with swift and effective solutions.
- Data Storyteller: Prepare and present insightful operational reports to management, showcasing key metrics and opportunities for growth.
What You Bring To The Table
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a bonus.
- 3-5 years of operations management experience, preferably in the e-commerce space.
- A solid grasp of e-commerce operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective leadership and interpersonal abilities to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
