Position : Associate Operations Manager

Role Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive operations manager based in Delhi NCR to ensure the smooth implementation of Online Olympiad programs in schools. The role involves coordinating with schools post-sales, handling onboarding, verifying readiness for online assessments, and ensuring timely delivery of all required materials and support.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Contact schools post-sale to initiate onboarding and introduce the implementation process.
- Ensure schools and students are successfully registered on the Olympiad platform.
- Coordinate and deliver all relevant documentation, including login credentials, circulars, exam schedules, technical guides, and support contacts.
- Conduct onboarding sessions or webinars for school coordinators and IT staff, where required.
- Verify and guide schools to meet basic technical requirements (devices, browser settings, internet connectivity) to ensure seamless online exam delivery.
- Provide operational support for mock tests, training exams, or dry runs prior to the actual Olympiads.
- Monitor progress and resolve school-side queries in collaboration with tech support or the academic team.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the school and internal teams for scheduling and issue resolution.
- Track implementation metrics, maintain accurate records, and submit regular operational reports.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Operations, or related field.
- 2- 5 years of experience in school-facing operations, preferably in EdTech, assessments, or school services.
- Hands-on experience coordinating school-based programs or events (preferably digital/tech-enabled).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
Preferred Attributes :
- Experience working with K12 schools.
- Ability to manage multiple school accounts simultaneously under tight timelines.
- Familiarity with online assessment tools, digital classrooms, or EdTech platforms.
- Calm, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
