Responsibilities
- Provide personalized financial solutions and advice to clients, tailored to their unique needs and goals
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial situation, risk profile, and investment objectives
- Recommend and facilitate the opening of appropriate banking products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, and investment opportunities
- Assist clients with account management, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products, services, and policies to effectively address client inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with other teams within the bank to provide a seamless and comprehensive client experience
- Actively participate in client acquisition and retention initiatives to contribute to the growth of the bank's customer base
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client needs
- Proficient in the use of financial software and digital banking platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism
