Job Title: Assistant Merchandising Manager - Production And E Commerce Operations (Fresher)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an assistant manager - merchandising and e-commerce, located in Bellandur, Bengaluru (near Sakra World Hospital).
Key Responsibilities
- This person will be responsible for overseeing daily e-commerce and product merchandising operations
- Managing inventory, repeat production, sourcing from vendors, order shipments, and managing e-commerce listings and sales at various platforms.
- This role involves sourcing, costing, overseeing production, and e-commerce operations of all platforms.
We are looking for freshers(with relevant internship experience)/someone with 1/2 year experience in similar roles.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, costing, negotiations, and product development.
- Experience in sales and inventory management.
- Good at managing numbers and working on excel sheet.
- Ability to manage product assortment effectively.
- Understanding of various e-commerce platforms - Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in fashion technology and merchandising from NIFT/fashion college.
- Prior experience (full-time or internships) in the e-commerce or retail industry is a plus.
