Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Merchandiser located in Bahadurgarh. The Assistant Merchandiser will support the merchandising team by coordinating with clients, tracking orders, following up with production teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Responsibilities also include maintaining records, assisting in the preparation of samples, and providing customer service support as needed. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to meet sales and customer satisfaction objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and resolve inquiries.
• Knowledge and experience in Sales and Retail to support merchandising and order management processes.
• Understanding of basic Marketing strategies to support product promotions and client engagement objectives.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and maintain organizational efficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software for record-keeping and task management.
• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion Design, Business, or a related field is preferred.
