Role Description

The Assistant Medical Director will play a pivotal role in guiding medical operations and enhancing care delivery practices. Responsibilities include providing critical oversight in specialized fields such as cardiology, neurology, and oncology, offering support to medical professionals across departments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The incumbent will also collaborate closely with physicians to improve patient outcomes and healthcare services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in medical specializations such as Medicine,
• Proven experience working and collaborating effectively with physicians in diverse clinical settings
• Strong decision-making abilities, excellent leadership skills, and an ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
• An active medical license and advanced medical degree (such as MD or equivalent) are required from Govt and Renowed colleges
• Prior experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting is highly advantageous
