Role Overview
We are looking for a self-driven Asst. Marketing Manager who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and driving conversions. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with field marketing, client interactions, lead follow-ups, and on-ground execution, and who wants to grow into larger marketing and business roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute conversion-oriented marketing activities to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
- Conduct on-ground marketing activities, including visiting offices, institutions, partners, and prospective clients.
- Meet, present, and convince new prospects about the company's financial products and services.
- Support lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion closure in coordination with internal teams.
- Participate in events, activations, client meetings, and local outreach programs.
- Track leads, conversions, and outcomes, and share regular activity and performance reports.
- Support digital and offline marketing initiatives to improve visibility and customer engagement.
- Represent the company professionally and build long-term relationships with prospects and partners.
Candidate Profile
- 13 years of experience in marketing, sales support, field marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable meeting new people regularly.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and result-driven mindset.
- Willingness to work in an on-site, field-oriented role.
- MBA (Marketing) or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- Digital Marketing skills will be a big plus.
- Based in Jaipur or willing to work full-time from Jaipur.
