Job Summary:
RBK International Academy is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives. The role involves market research, content creation, social media management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, brochures, and presentations to support marketing initiatives
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media channels to enhance engagement and brand visibility
- Event Coordination: Organize events, product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities to support marketing objectives
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure successful campaign execution
- Budget Assistance: Assist in managing the marketing budget and resource allocation
