Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Marketing Manager with strong exposure to high-end casino marketing environments. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth within a luxury gaming and entertainment setting. This role requires relocation to Sri Lanka, with comprehensive support provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns for casino and luxury hospitality services
- Develop strategies to attract high-net-worth individuals and premium clientele
- Support branding, promotions, and loyalty program initiatives
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to enhance guest engagement and experience
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the casino and entertainment industry
- Manage digital and offline marketing activities including events, promotions, and partnerships
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and insights
- Ensure consistent brand positioning aligned with luxury casino standards
- Assist in managing VIP guest relationships and exclusive events
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4–7 years of marketing experience, with strong high-end casino exposure (mandatory)
- Experience in luxury hospitality, gaming, or integrated resort marketing preferred
- Strong understanding of VIP customer engagement and premium brand positioning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure luxury environment
- Willingness to relocate to Sri Lanka
