Role Overview
As an Assistant Manager / Manager Marketing at Precize, you will be responsible for driving growth through performance marketing, SEO, content initiatives, and campaign execution. This role requires a hands-on marketer who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital marketing efforts while also leading and mentoring a small marketing team.
You will work closely with product, design, and tech teams to ensure marketing efforts align with user journeys and business goals, and that campaigns deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Own and drive SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content planning, and performance tracking.
- Lead content creation initiatives (blogs, landing pages, marketing copies) to support organic growth, campaigns, and brand positioning.
- Manage and scale marketing campaigns across acquisition, engagement, retention, and referral programs.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROI and efficiency.
- Work closely with Product and Tech teams to improve landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion journeys.
- Lead and manage a small marketing team, providing clear direction, feedback, and mentorship.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (agencies, freelancers) for SEO, content, and paid marketing execution.
- Monitor key marketing KPIs, create dashboards, and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine campaign strategies and messaging.
- Take end-to-end ownership of marketing initiativesfrom planning and execution to optimization and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth-focused marketing roles.
- Prior experience in team handling or mentoring is required.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and campaign optimization.
- Working knowledge of SEO tools and best practices.
- Experience managing content strategies and collaborating with content creators.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
