- Digital & GMB Dominance: Own the Google My Business (GMB) strategy for all Nova Stores. Ensure 5-star hygiene, respond to reviews, and optimize for mattress store near me searches to dominate local SEO.
- Footfall Generation: Designing and tracking monthly marketing calendars specifically aimed at increasing high-intent walk-ins.
- Performance Tracking: You won't just run ads; you'll track them. Monitor store footfalls vs. marketing spend to calculate the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) at a store level.
- Franchisee Lead Generation – Generate new leads for Potential franchisee store and analyse the campaign
- Store Launch Campaign Planning – Planning 360 Store launch plans and execute it excellently and track new store performance
- Work with Franchisee owners to understand challenges and opportunities
- Coordinate with CRM and Call Centre – Be a part of the process to optimize leads and track the entire journey with related teams
- Visual Merchandising & In-Store Experience: Work closely with store teams to ensure the Nova premium experience is consistent, from the window display to the scent of the store.
- Profitability Ownership: Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure marketing efforts translate into top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability.
Experience
2–3 years in Retail Marketing, ideally in Home Decor, Consumer Durables, or Lifestyle retail.
Digital Savvy
Understanding & experience in GMB optimization and running localized social media ads (Meta/Google).
Analytical Mind
Ability to read a P&L statement and understand how marketing spend impacts store ROI.
Execution Ninja
You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty on-site during a BTL activation or a store launch.
Communication
Excellent negotiation skills with vendors and the ability to rally store managers.
