Job Description

About the Role

  • The Assistant Manager Marketing will play a critical role in driving Axestrack's demand generation, brand positioning, and go-to-market execution across digital and offline channels. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and executionowning campaigns end-to-end, translating business goals into measurable marketing outcomes, and working closely with sales, product, and leadership teams.
  • You'll be expected to think beyond activities and focus on impact: social media strategy, brand recall, and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Campaign Ownership

  • Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid media, organic, email, events, and partnerships.
  • Own campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance tracking end-to-end.
  • Drive consistent lead quality aligned with enterprise and fleet-owner segments.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Oversee paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms (directly or via specialists/agencies).
  • Optimize funnels across ads, landing pages, forms, and nurture journeys to improve conversion and CPL.
  • Ensure budget efficiency, ROI focus, and performance discipline across channels.

Content & Messaging Strategy

  • Shape Axestrack's marketing narrative across industries, solutions, and geographies.
  • Work with content and design teams to create high-impact assets: case studies, landing pages, blogs, ads, and sales enablement material.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across websites, campaigns, events, and outbound communication.

Email, Automation & Nurture

  • Design and manage email campaigns, drip journeys, newsletters, and event-based communication.
  • Segment audiences based on persona, industry, intent, and funnel stage to improve engagement and conversions.

Analytics, Insights & Reporting

  • Track performance across campaigns using GA, CRM, ad platforms, and internal dashboards.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights, learnings, and clear next actions.
  • Use data to challenge assumptions, refine targeting, and improve outcomesnot just report numbers.

Sales & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales to align on ICPs, lead quality benchmarks, pipeline feedback, and GTM priorities.
  • Support product launches, webinars, events, and market expansion initiatives with structured marketing plans.
  • Act as a bridge between strategy, execution, and on-ground reality.

Brand, Events & Market Presence

  • Support Axestrack's participation in industry events, conferences, and partner initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency and strong on-ground and digital visibility before, during, and after events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, enterprise tech, or logistics-tech preferred.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, and funnel management.
  • Experience working with paid media, email marketing, content assets, and CRM-driven workflows.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and convert insights into action.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership mindsetcomfortable working in fast-moving, evolving environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to manage and grow Axestrack's social media presence with a focus on thought leadership, relevance, and meaningful engagement.
  • Strong content writing skills for websites, blogs, landing pages, case studies, emailers, and sales enablement material tailored to B2B audiences.
  • Clear design thought process with the ability to brief designers, evaluate creatives, and ensure visual output aligns with brand and business intent.
  • Capability to structure campaigns and narratives by linking customer pain points, messaging, creative direction, and channel execution.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and audience behavior and convert insights into actionable improvements.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills to collaborate effectively with sales, product, content, and leadership teams.
  • High ownership and execution discipline to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining quality and timelines.
