Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Reporting and Analytics

Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports across HCM, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, and Recruitment modules

Develop and support reporting across additional HR platforms such as Cornerstone and LinkedIn Learning

Apply AI and automation tools to streamline reporting processes and generate predictive insights

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and compliance across all reporting outputs

Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights

Develop dashboards and visualizations to support strategic HR initiatives and leadership reporting

Workday Configuration and System Support

Collaborate on configuration and enhancement of business processes across HR systems

Support data integrations and unified reporting across multiple HR technologies

Maintain appropriate access controls and data security standards within HR systems

Strategic HRIS Initiatives

Contribute to the HR technology roadmap with a focus on unified reporting and analytics

Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and improved service delivery

Support change management and training related to new reporting tools and processes

Create presentations and analytical reports for leadership and key stakeholders

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and HR Technology teams to understand reporting needs

Provide expert guidance on Workday reporting capabilities and best practices

Engage with internal clients to troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve reporting issues
