What are we looking for

The Salesperson's role is to proactively manage customer relationships, manage opportunities from current and new customers and close deals in a way that meets customer needs and maximizes KONE's order book and profitability.

What will you be doing

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals, specifically targeting luxury residential projects.
  • Site Visits & Consultations:Visit client locations to assess feasibility, take measurements, and provide technical advice on lift placement and customization options.
  • Product Presentations:Showcase product features (luxury finish, energy efficiency, customization) and provide tailored solutions to meet aesthetic and technical requirements.
  • Quotation & Contract Negotiation:Prepare detailed quotations, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and handle tender documents to close deals.
  • Coordination:Collaborate with internal engineering, production, and installation teams to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Relationship Management:Maintain long-term relationships with homeowners, architects, and builders for referrals.
  • CRM Management:Update CRM software with leads, client interactions, and sales forecasts.

Candidate Requirement:

Total Experience : 4 - 12 years

Qualification : Bachelors in engineering

Skills Required:

  • Expertise on selling cycle, pricing & purchasing strategies
  • Sales funnel management.
  • Business planning.
  • Market and competitor awareness
  • Analytical expert on MIS reports
