Key Deliverables
- Data Governance:
- Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data assets.
- Define data quality metrics, establish data validation protocols, and enforce internal compliances.
- Database Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases and data warehouses to support business operations and analytical needs.
- Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of database systems while minimizing data redundancy and inconsistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business process improvement opportunities.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Lead data analysis initiatives to derive actionable insights and drive informed decision-making across various functional areas, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
- Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor key business metrics and performance indicators.
- Data Integration:
- Manage data integration processes to consolidate and streamline data from disparate sources, including ERP systems, Customer Relation Management (CRM) platforms, and third-party data providers.
- Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between different systems and applications.
- Business Intelligence Tools:
- Evaluate, select, and implement business intelligence (BI) tools and analytics platforms to enhance data visualization, reporting capabilities, and self-service analytics.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize utilization of BI tools and empower data-driven decision-making.
Role Requirements
Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- 3-7 years of experience in data management, database administration, or business intelligence roles
- Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and other digital platforms and expertise in data governance frameworks, data modeling techniques, and database management systems.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in data analysis and interpretation.
