Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and customer satisfaction. They will participate in workforce management, schedule coordination, and problem-solving. The role also entails managing resources efficiently, maintaining equipment performance, and supporting the execution of business strategies in alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will assist in developing and implementing operational policies, reporting progress, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in operational management, workforce coordination, and project execution.
  • Experience in resource planning, equipment maintenance, and compliance monitoring.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects, adapt to a dynamic environment, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Knowledge of construction or rental equipment and industry best practices is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in a leadership or similar managerial role, preferably within the construction equipment or rental services sector.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and familiarity with implementing operational policies is beneficial.
