Founders Capitaland we are now looking for an ambitious builder to own and scale our Channel
Partner (CP) ecosystem in Bangalore.
The Role: Architect of the CP Engine
As an Assistant Manager Channel Sales, you aren't just managing a list of partners; you are the
growth engine. You will build the playbook for how Ivy Homes interacts with the broker ecosystem to
drive both acquisitions and sales.
What Your Impact Will Look Like
Scale the Vertical: You will onboard, nurture, and optimize a network of Channel Partners,
turning them into a consistent source of high-quality leads.
The Bridge to Product: You will provide on-ground market intelligence to our Pricing and
Product teams, helping us refine the data-backed offers we present to the market.
High-Velocity Closures: You will front-end communication with sellers and partners,
navigating complex negotiations to close deals and handhold sellers through to
documentation.
Strategic Evolution: You won't just follow a process; you will develop the processes, policies,
and expansion strategies that define our CP vertical.
Community Building: You will lead engagement activities and events that make Ivy Homes
the partner of choice in the Bangalore micro-markets.

What You Bring to the Table
Proven Grit: 26 years of experience managing Real Estate Channel Partners.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional English skills; fluency in Hindi and Kannada is a major
advantage for navigating the local ecosystem.
Data Literacy: You are comfortable with CRM systems and Excel, using data to drive your
decisions rather than just intuition.
Operational Discipline: The ability to manage complex timelines, multitask across
stakeholders, and maintain a high standard of customer service.
