Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, UiPath RPA Developer!
In this role, we are seeking a skilled and experienced RPA Developer with good years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RPA tools, process analysis, and automation best practices to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement automation workflows: Design, develop, and deploy efficient automation solutions using UiPath to meet business requirements.
Tackle Axis client connections: Manage and optimize Axis client connections within automation flows to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Handle RSA token authentication: Implement and manage RSA token authentication processes for secure login procedures within automated systems.
Integrate Keeper and YubiKey: Develop solutions for integrating Keeper and YubiKey into existing systems to enhance security and streamline operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain and support existing automation solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
Implement exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms.
Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Document technical designs, test cases, and user guides.
Provide support during UAT and production deployment phases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Good years of experience in RPA development.
Proficiency in one or more RPA tools: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism.
Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow design, and automation lifecycle.
Experience with Python is a plus.
Familiarity with SQL databases and APIs (REST/SOAP).
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
RPA tool certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer).
Experience with OCR, AI/ML integrations, or attended automation.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
