Key Roles & Responsibility :
1. Consult
- Collaborate closely with Stakeholders - , Business Head, Cluster Managers, Store Managers and Sales Teams to identify learning needs across product knowledge, selling skills, and customer experience.
- Act as a consultant to salespeople, providing guidance and support for challenges faced on the job, including observation-based feedback to enhance performance.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and the marketing team to ensure content accuracy and alignment with brand strategies.
2. Develop
- Design and develop engaging training content tailored for in-person workshops and LMS platforms, incorporating diverse instructional strategies such as gamification, storytelling, scenario-based learning, case studies, and simulations, micro learning, and interactive videos.
- Leverage tools like Vyond or equivalent animation software to create engaging video-based content.
- Continuously update and refresh training content to align with new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and business priorities.
- Be the LMS SPOC to manage content deployment, course structuring, and certification pathways.
3. Deliver
- Facilitate interactive classroom or in store sessions, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and LMS-driven courses across PAN India focusing on cross-selling techniques, customer engagement, and Business KPI's UPT, Conversion.
- Conduct new hire onboarding programs for accessories, ensuring foundational knowledge and selling strategies are imparted effectively.
- Conduct regular Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for brand trainers to upskill them on new products & training methodologies.
- Collaborate with brand trainers to ensure quick and timely delivery of training programs across all stores.
- Equip channel partners with training, tools, and resources to enhance product knowledge and service capabilities.
4.Evaluate
- Design and implement training assessments, and feedback mechanisms to measure learning effectiveness and retention.
- Analyze data-driven insights from LMS reports, participant feedback, and sales metrics to evaluate training impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously refine training programs based on evaluation outcomes, stakeholder feedback, and business goals.
Desired Profile:
- Strong expertise in content development for in-person and digital (LMS) learning environments.
- Proficient in tools like Vyond, PowerPoint, and other content creation platforms.
- Knowledge of LMS operations including content upload, learner tracking, and certification.
- Deep understanding of Audio systems, accessory products (audio, wearables, power, cases).
- Passion for technology ,sales and facilitation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- High inclination towards selling technology and delivering training on products & accessories
- Strong Business Acumen
- High adaptability, result orientation, and willingness to travel PAN India.
