Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, you will be an integral member of the Total Rewards team, primarily responsible for managing the full compensation and benefits lifecycle and supporting compensation and benefits initiatives and process review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annual Compensation Cycle: Manage the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, bonuses, and salary adjustment exercises.
  • Market Benchmarking: Conduct market salary benchmarking and compensation surveys to ensure external competitiveness
  • Salary Package Design & Proposal: Support salary analyses and recommendations for hiring, transfers etc
  • Data and Salary Analysis: Monitor internal pay equity and ensure consistency across the organization. Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
  • Benefit Management and Review: Liaise with benefit providers, brokers, and external vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  • HR Project Support: Contribute to strategic ad-hoc HR / C&B projects and provide vital support for annual HR activities, including benefits management, performance evaluations, and compensation reviews
  • Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, reviewing and refining HR policies and processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall team performance

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • At least 5 - 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years specialization in compensation and benefits;
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Singapore's healthcare/community care sector and funding schemes is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace collaborative tools and Excel
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work, work under tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
