Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Virudhunagar for the position of Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will handle daily operational responsibilities, including supervising administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, managing staff, and ensuring smooth execution of educational programs. The role involves liaising with instructors and the student community to address their needs, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining high service standards. The Assistant Manager will also contribute to process improvements and manage communication between departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in office software and tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication
- Experience in education services, administration, or operations management is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and achieve operational objectives
