Designation: Assistant Manager - Tecnical Writer

Role Summary
We're looking for a modern Technical Writer who combines strong writing fundamentals with the ability to leverage Generative AI tools to produce, manage, and scale documentation. The role focuses on documenting complex workflows, product flows, integrations, and processes across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Use GenAI tools to accelerate documentation creation, editing, summarization, and structuring.
- Create clear, concise documentation for system designs, workflows, data flows, APIs, troubleshooting steps, and internal processes.
- Translate engineering and product concepts into user-friendly documentation and diagrams.
- Build and maintain internal knowledge bases, wikis, and structured repositories.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to extract information and convert it into well-organized content.
- Standardize documentation formats, templates, and style guides.
- Create flowcharts, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and playbooks.
Ideal Skills
- Proficiency with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to automate drafting.
- Ability to quickly understand technical systems, APIs, data pipelines, and workflows.
- Experience with tools like Confluence, Notion, Markdown, Mermaid, LucidChart, etc.
- Strong visual thinking and flow diagram creation capability.
- Documentation experience in SaaS, AdTech, or tech product environments.
