Proactively providing technical support to the branches resolve issues related to VRF and other equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Authenticating root cause analysis of HVAC equipment failures and providing solutions to prevent repeated failures, particularly for VRF.
- Providing technical expertise for breakdown maintenance and re-commissioning of VRF.
- Leading the commissioning of new VRF, Ductables & Cassettes.
- Ensuring on-time commissioning and successful handover of equipment to customers.
- Providing operator training to customer teams post-commissioning.
- Regularly monitoring RMS (Remote Monitoring System) and using HVAC Analytics to generate quality calls with prescriptive action plans for the field teams, ensuring their timely implementation.
- Tracking and maintaining records of RMS alerts and quality call responses, ensuring that all RMS alerts are addressed on the same day of prediction.
- Generating monthly MIS reports by the 15th of every month and submit them to the location teams and customers with detailed remarks.
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and configuring non-functioning RMS gateways to ensure a minimum uptime for all connected chillers under the branch.
- Connecting and configuring additional chillers to RMS as per the plan.
- Reviewing and coordinating with the spare parts and logistics teams to ensure that the minimum stock level of spare parts in warehouses is maintained.
- Conducting monthly reviews of warehouse stock levels and ensure the timely availability of spare parts for services.
- Providing technical support to field engineers in identifying spare parts when needed, especially when the parts are not available in the e-parts catalog.
- Conducting technical training sessions for VL engineers, service vendor technicians, and SSPs (Service Support Personnel) on HVAC equipment.
- Actively participating in industry forums such as ISHRAE and ASHRAE, attend seminars and training sessions on new technologies.
