Assistant Manager | Technical Mortgage Valuations

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager | Technical Mortgage Valuations to independently manage clients and finalize valuation reports. This role involves efficiently leading a team responsible for the valuation and site inspection of assets for home loans and mortgages. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and the ability to manage all aspects of client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Valuation & Reporting:
• Be responsible for the finalization of Valuation Reports.
• Review the site and comparable information to derive the market value of properties.
• Client & Team Management:
• Take end-to-end responsibility for client management, including interacting with clients and managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide periodical training and conduct performance reviews for the valuation team.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills and negotiation power.
• Team handling experience is a must.
• Sound knowledge of the city's real estate market.

Qualifications

• A Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Professional experience in valuations.
