We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager/Team Leader - Contracting Activities from Tourism & Travel Industry for Gurgaon location.
Experience: 5 Years - 7 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supplier Sourcing & Negotiation:Identify new hotels, tour operators (DMCs), and activity providers; negotiate favorable rates, terms, and allocation blocks.
- Product Development:Work with marketing/sales to design appealing tour packages, itineraries, and themes based on market trends and client needs.
- Quality Assurance:Inspect properties, monitor product quality, and resolve issues with suppliers to maintain high standards.
- Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with suppliers and internal teams (reservations, marketing).
- Market Analysis:Monitor competitor activity, analyze market trends, and forecast demand to optimize product offerings.
- Contract Management:Handle contracts, terms & conditions, and manage allocation release/re-booking processes.
