Job Description

  • Second level overseas Market support (line tickets) and Warranty Support Platform Mailbox response within targeted time.
  • Query & claim validation: approved / returned / rejected within shortest time.
  • Claims on Paint & Corrosion queries assessed within targeted time.
  • High-cost warranty claim items to be analysed and escalated monthly with proposed countermeasure (e.g. pre-authorisation rule, bulletin etc)
  • Regular reports to be issued before agreed deadline
  • Warranty claims allocation to responsible manufacturer/supplier
  • New Model Operation Codes Validation & Setup in system.
  • Reporting to local and regional level.

Educational Qualification and experience:

  • Diploma / BE - Mechanical, Automobile, or equivalent with 4-5 years of experience
  • Min 3+ years of experience in Warranty Operations with good understanding on dealer warranty process.
  • Sound experience on data analytics, solution generation and prepare management presentation.
  • Must have advanced level skill on Microsoft office - Excel (including Pivot Tables and Macros)
