Roles & Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
- Organize team-building activities, events, and workshops to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and manage well-being initiatives, such as wellness programs, fitness activities, and mental health support services.
- Facilitate open communication channels between employees and management.
- Implement feedback mechanisms and strategies to address concerns and improve the overall employee experience.
- Create and manage employee rewards & recognition programs to acknowledge outstanding performance and contributions.
- Implement initiatives to improve the physical and psychological well-being of employees in the workplace.
- Address and resolve workplace conflicts or issues that may affect employee happiness.
Qualification :
- A bachelors or master s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in HR, events, or employee engagement.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of organizational dynamics and human behavior.
- Ability to develop and implement creative and effective employee engagement strategies.
- Experience in event management is a plus.
