Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
  • Organize team-building activities, events, and workshops to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Develop and manage well-being initiatives, such as wellness programs, fitness activities, and mental health support services.
  • Facilitate open communication channels between employees and management.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms and strategies to address concerns and improve the overall employee experience.
  • Create and manage employee rewards & recognition programs to acknowledge outstanding performance and contributions.
  • Implement initiatives to improve the physical and psychological well-being of employees in the workplace.
  • Address and resolve workplace conflicts or issues that may affect employee happiness.

Qualification :

  • A bachelors or master s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in HR, events, or employee engagement.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of organizational dynamics and human behavior.
  • Ability to develop and implement creative and effective employee engagement strategies.
  • Experience in event management is a plus.
