We are seeking an Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition specializing in volume hiring for domestic BPO's for our on-site team in Navi Mumbai (Airoli). This is a full-time role that involves managing high-volume recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and driving the end-to-end recruitment process.
·Proven expertise in high-volume hiring and talent acquisition strategies
·Strong understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing platforms
·Experience in building and leading recruitment teams, monitoring and improving recruitment metrics and processes
·Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
·Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
·Bachelor's degree in human resources, or related field; professional certifications in HR are a plus
·Minimum 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with strong focus on bulk hiring for the Domestic BPO industry and 1 year as an Assistant Manager.
