Job summary
We are looking for an Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to manage high-volume hiring for voice processes. The role will act as the Recruitment SPOC for the Mumbai location, handling end-to-end recruitment delivery while collaborating closely with stakeholders and internal teams.
Duties and responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for recruitment activities across
the Mumbai region
- Manage end-to-end volume hiring for 200+ positions
- Drive bulk / mass hiring for international and domestic voice processes
- Handle sourcing, screening, coordination, offer rollouts, and onboarding support
- Deliver hiring targets within tight TATs and quality benchmarks
- Work as an individual contributor while collaborating with recruiters and business teams
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports
- Partner with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
Skills & competencies
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Volume Hiring
- Proven experience hiring 100200+ positions simultaneously
- Strong experience in international and/or domestic voice process hiring
- Candidates with international voice hiring experience will be preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure hiring environments
Minimum education and experience required
- Any graduates
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- Experience working in BPO / Contact Center / Shared Services environments preferred
