Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition

Role Description

We are looking for Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition with 3-5 yrs experience to join our team inGurugram. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Ideal candidate will be having +3 yrs of IT recruitment experience, specifically for #manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment life cycle for IT positions: sourcing, screening, interview and facilitating offers.
• Willingness to understanding technical JDs for correct job posting.
• Comfortable with using digital platform and tools. A learner's mindset is necessary (willingness to leverage AI tools & platforms)
• Stakeholder management: engage with external customer and internal hiring managers to understand JD, provide updates and to organize interview rounds.

Skills & Experience

• +3 years of full-life cycle Recruiting and Hiring experience for IT/Technology roles.
• Proven hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, with strong sourcing and candidate handling skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently (very important).
• Expertise in leveraging hiring platforms - especially LinkedIn
• Demonstrated success using regional job boards and local network.
• Foreign language skills will be a plus

Years of Job Experience

3-5 years of demonstrable and proven work experience as IT Recruiter.

Qualifications

Engineering background is highly preferred.

MBA HR or any Bachelor's Degree with strong and relevant HR experience.
