Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations, with a strong focus on hiring sales talent for the IT Networking and Telecom domain.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in recruiting for technology sales roles and a deep understanding of the networking ecosystem, including OEMs, distributors, system integrators, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
1. Tech Sales Recruitment (Primary Focus)
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle:
- Requirement gathering → sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer rollout → onboarding
- Hire for critical sales and technical roles:
- Regional Sales Managers (RSM)
- Business Development Managers (BDM)
- Territory Sales Managers (TSM)
- Channel Sales Managers
- Account Managers
- Pre-Sales Engineers
- Product Specialists
- Technical Support Engineers
- Identify and assess candidates across:
- Networking & enterprise IT products
- Wi-Fi / wireless technologies
- ISP & WISP solutions
- Surveillance & security systems
- Channel & distribution sales models
- Build a strong talent pipeline using:
- LinkedIn, job portals, references, and industry networks
- Evaluate candidates on:
- Technical/product knowledge
- Channel relationships
- Sales performance and targets
- Market exposure and customer engagement capability
2. HR Operations Management
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle:
- Onboarding, documentation, induction, and confirmation
- Manage:
- Attendance and leave records
- HR policies and compliance
- Employee engagement initiatives
- Support manpower planning, organizational structuring, and retention strategies
- Ensure smooth HR administration and internal communication
3. Performance & Employee Management
- Assist in performance management and appraisal cycles
- Maintain HR MIS reports and employee records
- Drive employee engagement and development initiatives
- Contribute to building a high-performance and positive work culture
Candidate Profile
Experience Requirements
- 4–8 years in HR / Talent Acquisition
- Minimum 2–3 years in IT / Networking Sales Hiring
- Experience with OEMs, distributors, system integrators, or IT solution providers preferred
Technical Understanding
Candidate should have working knowledge of:
- Networking OEM & distribution ecosystem
- ISP / WISP business models
- Enterprise networking solutions
- Channel sales & partner-driven go-to-market models
- Tech sales hierarchy and role structures
Education
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources – Preferred
- Graduate (any discipline) – Mandatory
