About the Role:

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecyclefrom identifying hiring needs to onboarding top-tier talent. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, acting as a strategic advisor and recruitment expert. Your work will directly impact our company's growth and culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to deeply understand hiring needs and build tailored talent strategies.
  • Design and implement scalable recruiting strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Source, attract, and engage candidates using a mix of platformsLinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, and more.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with precision, ensuring a seamless candidate journey.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing candidate fit across skill, culture, and growth potential.
  • Continuously update and refine job descriptions and specifications in partnership with hiring teams.
  • Track recruitment metrics to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

  • A minimum of 8 years experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong track record in the real estate industry.
  • Must be a Full Time Graduate or Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM).
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels
  • Strong and confident stakeholder management skillsyou're a trusted advisor and relationship builder.
  • Deep understanding of modern sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Experience in interview coordination and scheduling.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to design and implement recruitment strategies that scale.
  • Proficiency in writing and tailoring job descriptions and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
