Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy professional to manage and administer key enterprise systems including Salesforce, SAP, Keka, Asana, and other business tools. The role will also play a critical part in driving digitalization initiatives, improving process efficiency, system adoption, and data integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Administration & Support

  • Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise systems such as Salesforce (CRM), SAP (ERP), Keka (HRMS), Asana (Project Management), and other internal tools.
  • Manage user access, roles, permissions, workflows, and system configurations across platforms.
  • Ensure system uptime, data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational policies

Process Improvement & Digitalization

  • Identify opportunities to digitize manual processes and streamline workflows across departments such as Sales, CRM, Finance, HR, Projects, and Operations.
  • Lead and support digital transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives in real-estate development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Drive adoption of digital tools through training, documentation, and change management support.

Integration, Reporting & Data Management

  • Support system integrations between CRM, ERP, HRMS, and project management tools.
  • Generate dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure data consistency and governance across systems.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with external vendors, implementation partners, and internal IT teams.
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new tool evaluations.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP, Keka, Asana, or similar enterprise tools.
  • Good understanding of business processes in real estate, especially sales lifecycle, CRM, project tracking, finance, and HR.
  • Experience in process automation, digital adoption, and system integration.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Certifications in Salesforce / SAP / Project Management tools will be an added advantage.
  • Experience working in real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors is preferred.
