Overview

Support the Registrations and Dependent Objects (D0s) function, executing accurate and timely SAP master data setups for GCC lead registration required markets. Work on initiatives including Innovations, Reformulations, Productivity, BCP and Transformation projects. Key responsibilities include completing D0 setups to RFT standards, following prioritised task lists, maintaining process documentation, raising and tracking escalations, and supporting process improvement and automation efforts. Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders, contribute to training materials, and help build team capability under guidance from senior team members.


Responsibilities

Primary accountabilities - Registration & Dependent Objects Analyst:

  • Execute accurate, timely Registrations and Dependent Object (D0) setups in SAP MDG, SAP and other master data tool for relating markets.
  • Complete standard and expedited requests across Innovations, Reformulations, BCP, Productivity and sustain projects to agreed SLAs.
  • Validate input data, reconcile postings, and ensure registrations meet market regulatory requirements and product specifications.
  • Analyse formula/product changes to assess impacts on SKUs, labels and downstream processes raise and action required updates.
  • Log, investigate and escalate registration issues support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions with MDG sustain, IT and cross functional teams.
  • Support MDG adoption and continuous improvement by following and contributing to documented processes, job aids and automation initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain registration documentation, update KPIs, and provide regular status updates at daily connects and in status reports.
  • Assist in training activities and help develop super user capability under guidance from senior team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (RA, Commercialisation, Customer Services, Finance, Procurement, Productivity, BCP, GPL) to clarify requirements and progress actions.
  • Adhere to PepsiCo Health & Safety policies and all GCS standards

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English
  • Third level qualification
  • 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a right first time mindset
  • Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
  • Proficient in SAP (material master), MDG, FSS and core systems comfortable with technical system navigation
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Logical, analytical thinker with a track record of practical problem solving and process improvements
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities in a fast paced, regulatory environment
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage across functions and present to senior stakeholders when required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team proactive selfs tarter
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guardrails (labels, registration, FSS)
  • Experience with change initiatives and business transformation adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Controls oriented with an understanding of impact of data anomalies and governance requirements
  • Calm under pressure, able to respond quickly to crises and escalations
