This position is responsible to work with Business, functional & IT teams on various IDOC message types related to Supply Chain. Selected candidate will work on necessary IDocs by resolving, monitoring various issues related to Master data, OTC flow, Sales & Distribution, also resolving incidents related to IDocs.
Functional Responsibilities
This individual will work closely with field business users and IT support teams to understand needs of the organization and in turn develop/deliver innovative tools.
Work closely with field business users and HQ/IT support teams supporting the SAP Hana solution and designing, testing new robust SAP functionality.
Gather, analyze and streamline business processes to deliver efficiency to the FLNA Supply Chain.
Develop and execute analytical tools, using Excel and Access, which business teams will then use to achieve performance objectives.
Support user acceptance testing for new FLNA project and system enhancements.
Develop and deliver training materials required to implement new tools, enhancements or procedures.
Accountable for 3MM+ idocs per day for resolution if failure within a given SLA
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or applicable degree preferred
Fluent in English
Strong analytical skills
Working knowledge of SAP ECC & SAP Hana a plus
Practical working/programing knowledge of Excel, Access, VBA & SQL a plus
Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal
1-2 years experience in Supply Chain
Ability to communicate and articulate opportunities and solutions
Ability to collaborate and influence in a cross functional team environment
Working knowledge of order processing, order life-cycle and/or master data desired
Ability to recognize and take action to resolve issues quickly and efficiently whilst escalating root cause deep dive to appropriate teams
Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams
Be flexible, organized and able to manage competing priorities
