Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager -Supply Chain Analytics
In this role, you will Provide leadership and analytics expertise to the S2P / Supply Chain analytics team across client engagements. This role involves the development of database structures and visualization that drive business outcomes through insight and actions based on facts and data
Responsibilities
.Work directly with clients to obtain requirements and data, providing insights and determining actions that drive business outcomes
.Understand data availability and develop suggestions of additional analysis that could be provided and improvements to current data structures
.Maintain the credibility of all data analysis and processes within the scope of client engagements
.Identification and extraction of the data required to develop solutions or conduct analyses
.Establish business rules for data scrubbing / filtering, (re)formatting, uploading, etc.
.Perform data analysis, develop forecasts periodically, refresh forecasts, validate inventory policies, continually analyze and identify various inventory optimization opportunities, aggressively work with relevant partners to handle various inventory situations.
.Use of data to identify and eliminate waste from client processes
.Data normalization and rationalization
.Ensuring data is presented in a structured and easy to understand manner with actionable insights
.Communication of data outputs to maximize the impact of messaging with target audiences
.Ensure all relevant documentation, tools & templates available for implementation
.Work with internal teams to develop new analysis / analytics services that could be provided to clients
.Help enrich existing product offerings
.Work across industry and finance domains
.Participate / Lead company-wide strategic initiatives
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Graduate / Postgraduate - preferably in Engineering, mathematics or statistics
.Good years experience of applying data skills within a business environment
.Knowledge and experience of visualization tools, e.g. Power BI, RAPid
.Knowledge and experience of database structures and tools, e.g. Python
.Knowledge and experience in Material Management Data quality and Forecasting.
.Excellent Communication skills in English (oral / written / presentation)
.Hands on experience in Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.

Preferred Skills
.Good understanding of data structure and taxonomies, e.g., UNSPSC
.Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balancing project work with high-priority requests
.Experience of people management
.Knowledge of sourcing and procurement
