Assistant Manager Digital Marketing (Performance Marketing and Social Media)

Role Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented leader to scale our performance marketing and social media initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with strong expertise in paid media, campaign optimisation, and social media execution, who can also contribute strategically to lead generation, brand building, and inbound growth.
The candidate will manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, oversee social media execution, and collaborate closely with internal creative and content teams. Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and emerging marketing technologies will be a strong added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Drive high-quality lead generation and inbound enquiries through data-driven campaign structures and audience targeting
- Own media planning, bidding strategies, and RoI optimisation
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates
- Set up, manage, and audit tracking systems including pixels, events, UTMs, and conversion goals
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram and LinkedIn
- Coordinate with content and design teams to build and execute monthly content calendars
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages; respond or escalate enquiries appropriately
- Identify social trends, formats, and platform updates to improve reach, engagement, and brand recall
- Support paid social strategies with strong organic content alignment
AI SEO and Marketing Technology
- Assist in SEO strategy execution using AI-powered SEO tools (e.g., content optimisation, keyword clustering, SERP analysis)
- Stay updated on AI-led marketing tools for campaign optimisation, content ideation, automation, and reporting
- Support landing page optimisation and on-page SEO initiatives in coordination with performance goals
Collaboration and Execution
Work Closely With The Team To Deliver
- Ad creatives and variations
- Landing pages and campaign assets
- Social posts, reels, videos, and banners
- Ensure brand consistency, tone, and messaging across all digital channels
Skills And Requirements
- 35 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with good exposure to performance marketing
- Experience of working in building materials, manufacturing, real estate, engineering, construction, etc. or similar industries
- Proven experience managing and optimising campaigns on Google, Meta and LinkedIn
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence working on data, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Solid understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, audience targeting, and conversion optimisation
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and timelines independently
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Added Advantage
- Experience in B2B lead generation, enquiry-driven businesses, or export/manufacturing sectors
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Familiarity with AI SEO tools, content optimisation platforms, or marketing automation tools
- Basic understanding of SEO, CRO, and landing page optimisation
